Fostering Radical Compassion and Insight

Welcome!
The Compassion Project is my personal journey–one that I hope to expand to a collective, community journey. It is a movement grounded in embodied insight–the root of radical compassion. As with most things worth doing, the journey begins on a personal level–on the inside, and then ripples outward.

Looking deeply at the nature of soul and connection, we eventually discover our own unique ways of showing up in a complicated world and how we can make it just a little sweeter. Today, it’s a world that pulls us all in too many directions (money, relationships, societal expectations)… but it’s also a world also craves stability and truth. Funny, but all we have to do to find these two things is just slow down and connect.

Weaving together yogic lifestyle, soul exploration, dreamwork, and community projects, I welcome all who are committed to equity, peace, and altruism to contribute to a mission that is so much greater than our sum.
Check out upcoming events… Join me, but also reach out with your own dreams and ideas. Let’s make them happen!
